Before any work begins, we identify issues that may cause a home to fail, whether from moisture intrusion, rot, failed coatings, or underlying structural conditions. Once those concerns are properly addressed, we apply paints, coatings, and finishes chosen to suit the particular demands of each property and ensure a long lasting result.

First, conditions that shape a lasting result are identified: the home's construction, its environment, and any underlying issues that must be resolved before finish work begins.

Based in Stonington, Connecticut, we work on the homes of the Connecticut and Rhode Island shoreline. We have built long-standing relationships with homeowners, builders, architects, and designers, along with a network of skilled tradesmen across disciplines. Many of the homes we first worked on decades ago, we still maintain today. At the request of our clients, we have undertaken projects on Fishers Island, the Hamptons, and Key West.
